Donna Nelson, owner/operator of Liberty Fitness in Ocala, Florida is the picture of success.  After relocating to Florida from a small town in New Hampshire, Donna found herself in an unfamiliar place – not just a new area but unfamiliar with herself.

Donna found herself losing energy, gaining weight and lacking self-esteem. Dwelling on her “woe is me” attitude (which was very uncharacteristic) it took some determination from friends and family to get her motivated to want to better herself, because they knew she was a strong woman with good values that needed to get that person back. At that point she was introduced to Curves, and that’s where it all began.

Once at Curves Donna realized how serious she was about taking charge of her weight, her health and her life and that she wanted to share that drive with other women.

“I just wanted to help other women. Sure, Curves was great. They helped me get the ball rolling, but it is time to take it further. I’ve learned a great deal about myself, both mentally and physically through my workout routines, and I want to share what I’ve learned with other women. It is my belief that every woman out there has the ability to make their life into something worthwhile. And that’s what I want to do; help other women to experience a better lifestyle. Liberty Fitness is allowing me to help all the women who are willing to give this a chance. All you need is self-determination!”
